social media is the biggest shift since the industrial revolution, remember back days we used to share information on newspapers or magazine but now is no longer working the way we used to, now we engaged with social media as the highest traffic that keeps on growing daily. public relations practitioners could take advantage by creating a campaign or a platform where people will be sharing their knowledge, give advice, and contribute to existing knowledge.PRP's can create a group platform on social media for example on facebook which has more than 500 millions of followers. this could result in having more NPO's or NGO that will help and support to minimize the level of drugs abuse in South Africa.

- drugs are often mostly found at events like parties, concert, dance clubs etc. the challenge is that people won't have time to check on social media as they will be enjoying themselves.
- it might be time-consuming for a public relations practitioner to put the hashtag name into a good mouth of each individual.
- people who are taking drugs most of them they don't have access to social media as they sell their gadget to have the cash to satisfy cigarette cravings.

there are many ways of quitting drugs but the best is to take a decision that you quit drugs not immediately but do the same way as you were the beginner limit until you quit.

ReplyDeleteDrugs is a distractor of lives and drastic measures should be taken to decrease the rate that its spreading at, we as the people should be more proactive against the use of drugs. Because our youth is heading on that direction of drug abuse , because they think that its cool and mostly because they see it from their role models. Lastly I would add that social media influencers should consider what their post on their platforms, because it is there where our youth whishes to be like them, so they must post more positive/ inspirational things other then partying, drinking booze
